Emily Cornwell began her career in real estate in the Buffalo market after her move back to the area from South Florida in 2015. She began in residential sales with Nothnagle Realtors in Amherst NY. Nothnagle later to become Howard Hanna, Emily saw the opportunity to expand her network of knowledge, experience and relationships in the region and apply this to the commercial realm.
With an undergraduate degree in psychology acquired from Florida International University, and award-winning real estate sales as early as her second year in real estate, Emily applies her knowledge base of working with client business owners and investors along with local market knowledge and experience to bring opportunities and transactions to fruition and the closing table.
