Emily McGranaghan is a real estate veteran with over 30+ years of experience. As part of Boston City Group, Inc. a Commercial Team within Coldwell Banker Real Estate she specializes in representing commercial property owners and investors in the sale and acquisition of all tiers of investment real estate, both listed and off-market including multi-family, industrial investments, office buildings and portfolios, shopping centers and single tenant NNN retail, and land for development.
A skilled negotiator with a high energy work ethic, she has brokered and closed real estate transactions involving the sale and/or leasing of multi-family assets, grocery-anchored shopping centers, office buildings, NNN properties, multi-tenant industrial buildings, luxury condominiums, land, mobile home parks and real estate securities. She has successfully advised and represented individuals, family trusts, small businesses, major corporations and institutional investors and developers in the purchase, sale, leasing and management of property in the Boston area, and across the United States.
