Emily joined Broadwing in December 2022 and has over 15 years’ experience in all facets of the real estate process, with a focus on helping companies navigate the leasing and space planning process. In her previous role as Managing Broker for Urban Land Interests, Emily led a Commercial Leasing team responsible for the brokerage activity, business development, and relationship management of a portfolio with 180+ commercial tenants and 1.3 million square feet of office and retail space in Madison’s central business district.
Emily is an advocate for and active member of Madison’s community; serving as a past board chair of Madison’s Central Business Improvement District and on the Downtown Madison, Inc. Board of Directors and Economic Development Committee.
Emily is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and currently lives in Madison’s Southwest side with her husband, Andrew, and two children, Jack and Alice. While in Madison, you’ll find Emily enjoying a concert at one of Madison’s great venues. In the summer, Emily and her family can be found enjoying Wisconsin’s Northwoods
