Since joining Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan, Inc. back in 2018, Eric has been deeply involved in various facets of brokerage. From landlord representation to tenant representation, land development, and investment sales, Eric has gained a comprehensive grasp of the commercial real estate landscape. Over time, Eric’s focus has naturally shifted towards Investment Sales, where he has honed his skills. With his background in finance, Eric is skilled at underwriting and valuing properties providing a deeper understanding of each asset.
Specializing in net leased, multi-tenant, and shopping center transactions, Eric has had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse clientele ranging from institutional investors to local developers. Eric’s role involves connecting buyers and sellers across a spectrum of retail asset classes, facilitating transactions that meet the unique needs of each party involved.
Eric began at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, where he graduated in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate. Since then, he has remained deeply connected to his alma mater, serving as the Alumni Network Coordinator for the Indiana University Real Estate department in Michigan. Additionally, he stays active within the industry as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), continuously seeking opportunities to learn and grow within the brokerage community.
