My name is Eric Budukiewicz. I have been a Merritt Island resident for most of my life. I obtained my first real estate license in Denver Colorado in 1979 during that area’s boom! I moved back to the island in 1981 to help my family with an apartment complex and got my Florida Real Estate License. I have been hooked in the business ever since. I really enjoy the hunt for the perfect property with my buyers and the excitement of closing the “deal” for my sellers. Being the Social Being that I am, the real estate profession has perfect. I have enjoyed the opportunity to meet and end up friends with most of my real estate contacts. When I am not working, (never) I enjoy diving, fishing, and traveling with my wife and friends.
