Bio
A full time San Francisco Real Estate Sales Professional since 1994, Eric has experienced many market changes and dynamics and has assisted clients in a variety of situations. Although he has been in California since 1985, he is a Midwestern at heart, graduating from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana with a Bachelor of Architecture. He learns by doing. Practicing architecture and owning and remodeling homes on his own got him into the real estate business. His cumulative experiences as a landlord, project and construction manager, design instructor and laborer all add up to him. He is known in the real estate industry for his open, honest, no-nonsense communication with both clients and fellow agents alike. He does not consider himself a traditional real estate sales agent by any stretch of the imagination. A great listener, he is respectful, sensitive to busy schedules and not pushy. His style is direct and honest so that you can make the best decisions. Your first meetings will be to establish a clear understanding of your goals, catch you up to current marketplace dynamics and get everyone on the same page; then work on finding the best strategy to get you to where you want to go. Loyalty, mutual trust and communication are the most important attributes that you will share in this working relationship. Eric has developed many cherished repeat clients and friendships through his business. After your transaction is completed, he stays in touch, available to answer real estate questions and make referrals to other professionals. He loves working with sellers and buyers in both San Francisco and Northern San Mateo County who trust him and allow him to challenge them to make their best decisions. If you are looking outside the Bay Area, please feel free to reach out, as he has some great out of area real estate contacts that may be able to help.
