Eric Crutchfield serves as a Vice President for Stream Realty Partners’ Dallas Industrial team. Eric is responsible for tenant representation, project leasing, and acquisition / disposition services.
Eric graduated from Texas A&M University in 2004. During his time at Texas A&M, Eric was a 3 time football letterman and was a recipient of the Big 12 Academic Achievement Award.
Before joining Stream, Eric spent seven years in the medical device industry where he held multiple leadership and management roles. Eric most recently served as Director of Sales for the south central United States for a Top 25 Global Medical Device Company. His intense passion for excellent customer service, tenacious work ethic, and attention to detail earned him multiple top performance awards.
