Eric Goldstein is the founding President & CEO of King of Prussia District. Since 2011, he has helped champion strategic partnerships and initiatives that position King of Prussia as a vibrant, progressive community at the forefront of the suburban transformation movement. An expert in planning and placemaking, Eric is a highly successful fundraiser, having raised more than $16M, in addition to assessment fees, to support King of Prussia District programs and events since 2011. Eric’s leadership and vision have contributed substantially to the $4B+ in economic development in King of Prussia since 2010.
Eric was named to the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Most Admired CEOs list (2022), recognized as a Change Agent by the Philadelphia Business Journal (2016) and added to their Power 100 list (2017). Additionally, Eric was named Best Visionary by Philadelphia Magazine (2016). Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Planning and Design from Rutgers University and a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from Kansas State University. Eric is proud to serve on the Advisory Board of the Urban Land Institute’s Philadelphia Chapter and as Co-Chair of the Awards for Excellence Committee.
