Bio
Eric Gunderson brings over 15 years of hotel investment sales experience to Lodging Real Estate Advisors (LREA). Throughout his career, he has transacted over $250M in individual hotel sales with a focus on full-service, limited service and boutique hotels throughout the Western US. Prior to LREA, Eric held senior roles with Avison Young Hospitality Group, Hotel Assets Group and Cassidy Turley where he worked on behalf of institutional investors, private owners, developers and lenders.
Eric is a lifelong Californian having grown up in the San Francisco Bay Area, attending college at U.C. Santa Barbara and now residing in Santa Monica. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics from the University of California Santa Barbara as well as a certificate from Cornell University in Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management.
