ric Heller is a Director of Multifamily and has been in the commercial real estate industry for almost a decade. Eric began his impressive career with Lee & Associates, where he focused on multifamily, mixed-use, and development properties throughout New Jersey. Most recently, he held the position of Director at Midtown Commercial, where he excelled at both listing and buyer representation.
Eric’s expertise in underwriting, analytics, site identification, and negotiations is unmatched. His commitment to providing top-notch service to his clients has earned him an unparalleled reputation among his peers and clients alike.
Eric has played a key role in the approval and/or development of over 1000 multifamily units across Northern New Jersey’s most prolific markets, including but not limited to Linden, Bayonne, Roselle, Plainfield, and Metuchen. His expertise extends beyond stabilized core multifamily assets to include assemblages, complex development deals, and value-add mixed-use buildings.
Eric holds multiple computer science certifications and is currently pursuing a highly respected CRE designation. Combined with his background in transactions, data, and relationships, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of the multifamily space, including mixed-use buildings and development .
