Eric Hutchison is an Associate Director with C&W. For the past ten years Mr. Hutchison has developed in excess of $250 Million in transactions through nearly 400 transactions involving over 20 million square feet. Much of this experience is with Fortune 1000 companies and has involved interaction with more than ten thousand people. He provides regional and national Corporate Tenant Representation real estate services with an emphasis on publicly traded companies. Based in San Diego, assignments involve directing both regional and worldwide acquisition and disposition transactions for commercial Office, Industrial, Tech, and R&D facilities.
Mr. Hutchison is currently directing real estate aspects on nearly 5,000,000 square feet of real estate based in six countries yielding results of approximately one million square feet of transactions this year. 95% of assignments are achieved within defined project expectations. These results are dependent upon and provided through strategic interaction with a well developed real estate disciplined team that includes client, consulting, finance, brokerage, legal, and accounting specialties. Results are assured through personal accountability, devoted service, experience, knowledge, motivation and loyalty.
Mr. Hutchison received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Evergreen State College after graduating from the Webb School of California.
