Bio
Eric M. Johnson is the Vice President of Development and Acquisitions at Industrial
Outdoor Ventures (IOV). Eric brings 10 years of experience within the development field
for domestic large-scale industrial and commercial projects. At IOV, Eric is responsible
for sourcing opportunities along with managing the development process through the
life cycle of the project.
Prior to joining IOV, Eric served as Development Manager for CenterPoint Properties, an
industrial real estate development company specializing in developing state-of-the-art
warehouse, distribution and manufacturing facilities with a large focus on rail, port and
trucking infrastructure assets. Eric started his career with Power Construction in 2010 and
also spent time with Opus Development in 2014.
Eric received a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management from
Purdue University as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola
University’s Quinlan School of Business.
