Bio
Eric's core discipline is the retail leasing, acquisition, disposition, management, and development of hard corner, pad site, out parcel, and open-air shopping centers in Florida, and he specializes in restaurant, food, social/entertainment, and high-intensity occupiers in the Southwest Florida region. Eric is especially skilled in the valuation and execution of private equity investment transactions of STNL & MTNL retail assets in major MSAs across the nation.
His negotiation style, entrepreneurial training, and engineering background coalesce a unique ability to analyze, innovate, and generate solutions for difficult issues and unlock hidden potential in both assets and deal structures, which garner his clients best-in-class ROI and value-added benefits.
This is especially important in highly technical areas of real estate, such as the ultra-hot niche segment of Data Center infrastructure asset development, leasing, and management, of which Eric is keen and poised to leverage advantageously for his investment clients.
Eric's diligent work and high achievement is only surpassed by his enthusiasm and penchant for networking and developing strong relationships that are enjoyable and productive for his clients' benefit.
Eric is a community centered and results driven broker and developer, and his service is reflected in his dedication to his clients, their customers, and the community they build, serve, and support together. As an advocate of DEI and a volunteer for Florida Retail Scholarships, a 501(c)(3) organization and program that provides college students with financial, technical, and professional development aid and unique opportunities, Eric puts forth his best efforts to give back and drive the industry forward, collectively and inclusively.
