Eric was the Broker/Owner of Resort Property Realty, Inc. for twelve years, and has owned and operated other businesses within Mammoth. In the evenings, Eric can be found teaching his students martial arts as part of the Mammoth Lakes Jiu-Jitsu program that he founded.<br><br>Eric first obtained his real estate license in 2002 and started his career in Southern California. In 2003 Eric followed his dream of living in Mammoth Lakes, CA and soon thereafter found himself assisting buyers and sellers with real estate in an area he considers paradise. In 2007 Eric obtained his Broker’s License and started Resort Property Realty, Inc. early the next year. Eric has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Northern Arizona University. He is also a Certified Debt Arbitrator and well accomplished martial artist in numerous disciplines.<br><br>In 2020, Eric took Resort Property Realty, Inc. and re-branded it under the NextHome flag, now formally known as NextHome Mammoth Lakes throughout the Eastern Sierra!
