Eric Lupo is a native New Yorker, born and raised on Manhattan’s east side. Eric’s first foray into the corporate world was in the Investment Banking Industry. He worked at Morgan Stanley, quickly gaining promotion to Assistant Branch Manager. Eventually, he became a Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney, as well. Eric was considered a top producer for both Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney, receiving several awards for his service and performance.
But, investment banking was not enough. Eric transitioned into real estate with enthusiasm, bringing his extensive background in investment management with him. In fact, many of Eric’s customers followed him, citing his familiarity with investing and the real estate market, as well as his quality business practices, as the source of their confidence in him.
Eric attributes much of his success in commercial real estate to the fact that he is a New York native. However, his loyal client's credit his work ethic, sense of humor, and honesty as the reasons for his success. They say he is one of the smartest people they know, and they trust his advice no matter what the economy does.
He has been at Friedman-Roth since 2009 and continues to build an impressive portfolio. Eric has worked with every aspect of commercial real estate, including real estate development, investment properties, condos, luxury commercial property, and more.
Most recently, Eric was responsible for the sale of several commercial properties that had not been sold in 30 years or more. One of these properties sold for $7,450,000, while another sold for $21,500.000. There are other multi-million dollar sales, most notably in Chinatown and on West 106th St.
In his spare time, Eric follows Wall Street and enjoys old movies. Art is another one of his passions, and he says that New York is the perfect place for someone who loves art.
