Eric Olofson has been a commercial real estate professional since 1986. In addition to representing his own portfolio of clients, Mr. Olofson has managed the West Los Angeles office of Cushman & Wakefield since 1998.
Mr. Olofson is a member of the C&W management team for Southern California, and past chairman of C&W’s Broker Advisory Committee.
Over the past decade, Mr. Olofson has consistently been one of C&W’s top brokers worldwide and the number one producing broker in the Western United States each year. Mr. Olofson has a highly diverse practice having negotiated more than 1,000 real estate transactions totaling more than 25 million square feet throughout the world.
In addition to being a manager and broker, Mr. Olofson is an attorney and a member of the State Bar of California. He is past Chairman of the UCLA Fund and past member of the Board of Directors for the UCLA Foundation and the Loyola Law School Board of Governors. Mr. Olofson currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Boy Scouts of America, Los Angeles Region and the Board of Governors for the UCLA Fund. Mr. Olofson is also a member of the 100 Club.
