I am a curious and inquisitive real estate investor and developer with a strong defense and technology background (and a law degree). With one foot in the past and one foot in the future, I am looking to use old ideas and new technologies to build a better present and future.
My current interests include unmanned vehicles (air, land and sea), swarming technology, artificial intelligence in addition to my real estate career. I can stand in the middle of the legal/ regulatory group, the technology group and the operational group and speak to all and translate for them.
