Since 2002 Eric Steiner has been fortunate to represent outstanding companies across various business sectors. He is a senior member of the Occupier Account Services (“OAS”) team and actively manages critical transactions, provides strategy, and coordinates additional service lines to service client portfolios.
His responsibilities include managing the broader portfolio of several companies, communication with client leadership, and setting strategy and execution for those enterprises.
In addition he leads various mission critical projects for clients, ranging from complex build to suit negotiations, complex financing arrangements, multi-market site selection, and headquarters negotiation. His experience with varying business types, asset types, and market cycles provides stability for clients in any season.
