Eric Vann is a Co-Founder and Principal of SITE Capital Partners. Eric’s primary responsibilities include deal sourcing, construction and asset management, equity/investor relationships, and company oversight. Eric has over 20 years of real estate experience in commercial leasing and investing including development of multifamily and office.
Prior to co-founding SITE Capital Partners, Eric worked at Burnham Real Estate and Cushman & Wakefield. During this time, Eric represented his clients in all phases of negotiation and real estate brokerage, including pre-leasing ground-up developments, build-to-suits, repositioning assets, investment, and owner-user sales. Separately as a key principal, Eric participated in the development, operation, and disposition of Kensington Commons. A mixed-use ground-up development located in San Diego, CA, consisting of 10,000 SF of retail space and 34 rental apartments.
