Erica serves as the Director of Mixed-Use Asset Management and is responsible for overseeing and directing all property management activities related to Scannell's mixed use portfolio. She brings over 19 years of property management experience to Scannell. Prior to joining Scannell, Erica primarily worked with large, privately owned management, construction and development companies. She has managed a variety of asset types but has extensive experience operating class-A mixed-use multifamily and student developments. She has been directly involved with over 25 conventional and student housing lease-ups throughout the Midwest. Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in all aspects of property management operations, including initial project development, budgeting, strategic planning and marketing. In 2013, Erica achieved her Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation, from the Institute for Real Estate Management, and in 2007 she was named the Indiana Apartment Association Manager of the Year. Erica also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
