Erik has over 37 years of Commercial Real Estate experience in Montreal and Canada, having provided Corporate Real Estate Advisory Services to over one thousand tenants, owners and investors throughout his career. Erik’s strengths include multi-market corporate strategy, negotiation, site selection/disposition work, sale-leaseback and build-to-suit projects. He has a wide range of transaction activities in industrial land investment sales.
In addition to 37 years in Commercial Brokerage, Erik spent three years working as Senior Vice-President of Construction and Development with Reliance Construction, one of Québec’s largest commercial contractors. This experience has been invaluable in situations involving land development, building re-development and in design build projects.
