With a history of real estate brokerage in multifamily investments and development in Idaho and Washington, Erik joined Idaho Land Brokerage, LLC in 2022 to focus on land acquisition and disposition in
the Boise market.
Before moving to Boise Erik resided in Seattle and worked at Paragon Real Estate Advisors in multifamily investment and development brokerage. During 2021 Erik worked at Idaho Commercial Brokerage
focusing on investment sales and was involved in numerous multi-family transaction throughout the Boise
MSA. Prior to real estate brokerage Erik was a top producer in the technology industry at two local start-ups, introducing new software to small and mid-market businesses.
Erik enjoyed playing shortstop for the University of Washington Huskies baseball team from 2012 to 2014, earning Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year in 2014 and recognition as one of the nation’s top
shortstops. Following his junior year in 2014, Erik was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates where he played three seasons, winning one championship (2015), he also earned the Roberto Clemente Community Service
Award in 2014 and 2015 for his commitment to and involvement with his community off the field. After
retiring from baseball in 2017, Erik returned to the University of Washington to finish his degree in Communications, with minors in Anthropology and Diversity. He was recognized on the Dean’s List five times
through his time at UW.
