Erik has eight years of commercial real estate experience specializing in investment sales of multi-family properties and commercial land, leasing and investment sales of retail and office properties, and development.
Erik’s clients enjoy his analytical yet consultative approach to achieving their real estate goals, as well as his relaxed but proactive nature. Prior to becoming a commercial real estate broker, Erik earned his MBA at London Business School, and then worked in residential real estate development in the UK as well as commercial development in Dubai.
Erik graduated from the University of Washington, and loves spending time skiing and hiking in the beautiful Northwest. He is a Seattle native, and currently lives on Mercer Island with his wife and daughter.
