Before starting at Catalyst Retail, Erika Avila worked directly with Cushman & Wakefield of Ontario’s top leasing retail team of the Inland Empire which included tenant rep accounts such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Trader Joe’s, LA Fitness, Home Depot, O’Reilly, EchoPark and Landlords/Developers such as Haagan, Lewis, Northgate Market, Fountainhead, and Red Mountain Group. Everything from marketing, submitting deals, following up with clients, overseeing projects, assigning tasks, and coordinating workflow.
Before working at Cushman, Ms. Avila worked at Lee & Associates in both their Temecula and Riverside offices. There she helped plan, manage, and control all the social media marketing for all three of the offices in Downtown Riverside and Temecula. She helped create the email and task schedule system that is still in use today and handled over twenty separate brokers and all their marketing needs including but not limited to: postcards, websites, mailers, handouts, detailed aerials, and marketing packages.
Ms. Avila says that even through the crazy of this business, she loves her job because she truly enjoys taking care of her team and getting to interact with a variety of people and their needs.
