Erin Beitz is involved in Rockhill’s residential property services activities. Ms. Beitz is based in Rockhill’s New York office. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2021, Ms. Beitz worked at Carmel Partners for nine years, where she focused on acquisition, disposition, and asset management efforts for its East Coast markets. Prior to Carmel Partners, Ms. Beitz worked at Berkshire Group for eight years, where she focused on the acquisition of multifamily assets.
Ms. Beitz received a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a certificate in Real Estate Finance from Boston University.
