As Darwin’s Chief Financial Officer, Erin utilizes her multi-faceted training within the company to optimize its performance. Erin began with Darwin in the early 2000s and completed a rotation in each role offered. This diverse array of experiences has equipped Erin with a unique vantage and understanding of how each role contributes to the success of the company.
Erin has gained extensive experience procuring financing for the company’s investment portfolio. Most notably, Erin led the company in closing a $100 million loan for a 15-building acquisition and 27-building refinance within a 90-day period. In total, Erin has closed more than $470 million in loan and equity funds.
Erin facilitates a wide range of activities, including acquisitions and dispositions, private equity transactions, developments, entitlement work, management of bank-owned assets, and other complex transactions.
Erin directly manages the asset management and accounting departments and oversees the company’s general operations, financials, and human resources.
