Erin Mitsuyoshi is a member of the Retail Leasing Services Division of Colliers International, Hawaii’s largest commercial & real estate brokerage organization. Mrs. Mitsuyoshi is part of a team of highly accomplished retail real estate professionals with invaluable experience and knowledge in the Hawaii market. As a retail specialist, Erin’s secret to success is her tenacity for pavement pounding combined with her knowledge of the business and positive can-do approach. She’s aggressive in pursuing the right tenant mix while having a synergistic relationship with the landlord and property management. Extreme proficiency and sharpened knowledge come from years of Landlord representation for some of Hawaii’s oldest and largest institutions such as, Kamehameha Schools, Alexander & Baldwin, Howard Hughes and Washington Prime who own over a combined 15,176 acres of commercial real estate in Hawaii. Erin performs in-fill and project leasing and has worked with on projects, or with clients, such as Pearlridge Shopping Center, Ward Village Development (60-acre master-planned redevelopment), Stanford Hotels, Pearl Highlands Center, Mililani Shopping Center, Waikiki Business Plaza, Waikiki Shopping Plaza, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and F45 to name a few. Erin has been surrounded by real estate her entire life due to her multi-generation family-owned and operated business that invests, develops, and manages commercial real estate properties throughout Hawaii.
