As a Vice President based in the Washington, D.C office, Erin executes and manages all transactional functions within CBRE’s Auto Dealership Capital Markets team. With deep experience from directly interfacing with some of the top dealer principals and their staff, Erin ensures a seamless process from underwriting to closing.
Erin joined CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield where she managed all transactions and personnel of the firm’s Dealership Capital Services team. Prior to working with Cushman, she was with CBRE’s Dealership Capital Services team and worked directly with some of the leading dealer groups in the U.S., particularly Sonic Automotive, where Erin oversaw all activities and staff involved with the expansion of Sonic’s Echo Park used car venture.
Erin has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate with 16 of those years specializing in automotive properties. Prior to her brokerage path, Erin worked for Capital Automotive Real Estate Services, Inc. (CARS), working her way up from Senior Analyst to the Assistant Vice President/Portfolio Manager position. Her achievements included closing more than $250 million of sale-leaseback transactions, improvement fundings, real estate due diligence, legal negotiations, lease restructurings, and over $1.4 billion in debt refinancings.
