Erin Zitelli-Davis has worked with hotel developers and operators for over 7 years and specializes in hotel brokerage, site selection and development. She has completed nearly $100 million in lease transactions and has closed over $50 million in land transaction sales. Erin has negotiated terms and pricing for complex land transactions ranging from $3 – $12 million in value, and she assists in multiple aspects of the development process including acquisition, zoning/entitlements, design, and permitting.
