Ernest F. Delle Donne is president of Delle Donne & Associates, Inc., Delaware's largest commercial real estate development firm. Mr. Delle Donne pioneered the concept of public/private sector development partnerships in the City of Wilmington. As an example of his recent work, Mr. Delle Donne formed a cooperative venture with the Wilmington Parking Authority to develop a 550 car parking garage, pre-engineered to accommodate 200,000 square feet of new office space and 8,000 square feet of retail in the City of Wilmington.
