Before breaking out on his own as Ezen Retail in 2018, Erol joined BC Retail as a Director and Partner in 2012. Previously Erol worked as a Director at Savills and before that at Thomas Davidson & Partners and has worked within the Central London market for over 20 years.
Erol specialises on Oxford Street and has been responsible for the biggest deals to have been done on the street which include the letting of 191,000 sq.ft to Primark on behalf of the Oriana Partnership (Frogmore /Land Securities) as well as securing the highest premium paid in this country when selling HMV's lease to Forever 21 for £13.75M.
Other significant recent deals done on the street include Disney's flagship store, H&M, Uniqlo, Matalan, Tiger, Schuh, Currys/PC World and many more.
Erol is a father of three and was a single parent to his two boys from the ages of nine and twelve. He is a season ticket holder at West Ham United and also has a keen eye for interior design and he paints and sketches in his spare time too.
