Ms. Hong joined MCM in 2021 and is responsible for investment property operations, including warranty administration. Ms. Hong also manages vacation rentals in Sonoma, Truckee and commercial office spaces in Menlo Park.
Prior to MCM, Ms. Hong was a Supportive Housing Manager for Tenderloin Housing Company in San Francisco. While at Tenderloin, Ms. Hong oversaw operations and leasing of housing for formerly homeless tenants.
Ms. Hong holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of San Francisco.
