Esther Pulver is Vice President, Marketing and Leasing, of Oliver Tyrone Pulver Corporation for commercial office development projects. Ms. Pulver joined Oliver Tyrone Corporation as an 11-year old in 1972, working answering phones and folding building construction plans for filing. From there, she started canvassing office buildings, became the Leasing Manager, developed the sales promotion program and the leasing strategy, and was directly responsible for $40 million in leases through 1986. Currently, her specialties include the strategic leasing and marketing of new and existing high-rise and mid-rise first-class office buildings. She is responsible for 1 million square feet of the office development Tower Bridge at Conshohocken, PA, including Seven Tower Bridge, a brand new 2021 office building. Ms. Pulver is also on the leasing team for 1301 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA, an all-new 2023 Center City high rise office building.
