Throughout his career, Eugene has focused on developing deep expertise in marketing and retail, areas in which he has a proven track record of success. Having worked on a wide range of projects, from large-scale multifamily developments to individual retail spaces, he has helped clients to achieve their goals through innovative marketing strategies and customized solutions.

Prior to joining the NAI Hallmark team, he had tremendous successes as Associate Director at Prime Realty in Jacksonville, FL with a focus in restaurants, retail, and land.
