Evan Bloom serves as Senior Vice President specializing in commercial real estate services for both regional and national clients. From site selection to delivery, Evan will be involved in the entire process giving his clients assurance they are represented by a knowledgeable commercial agent. He specializes in landlord representation, relocations, renewals, project leasing, dispositions, and build to suits for clients in retail, technology, and healthcare industries.
Evan has spent over a decade in commercial construction after attending the University of Arizona and University of Miami MBA program. During this time period, he has managed new projects for clients such as Station Casino’s, MGM, Caesars Entertainment, Las Vegas Sands, Wynn, and Boyd Gaming. In 2013, Evan decided to pursue his passion in commercial real estate and spends his free time working with investors on value add opportunities.
