Evan specializes on leasing and selling industrial property and land in the southeastern suburbs of the Twin Cities market. His current local portfolio consists of nearly 700,000-square-feet. Since joining Colliers International (formerly NAI Welsh) in 2001, Evan has completed over 250 transactions totaling over 2.65 million-square-feet with a total consideration of $96 million.
