I am a second generation builder, developer. We have built over 2 million square feet including office, medical office, industrial, high tech industrial, residential and more. I build a quality building and maintain it correctly thereafter. All the projects we’ve completed started as spec. projects and got 100% leased before completion. All the tenants we have signed up stayed in our buildings until they retired or are still occupying. We have great working relationships with all our tenants and they all tell us they have got even more successful in our properties.
Currently I have 51,750 square feet of medical/ office space coming available across from Hackensack Meridian Hospital, ready for occupancy starting in 2023.
