Evan is an experienced industrial developer with over 10 years in a variety of roles delivering manufacturing, warehouse and distribution facilities. Evan’s expertise is in greenfield site planning, readiness and infrastructure assessment in the industrial and manufacturing market sectors. With an extensive background in economic development, Evan has recruited, developed and managed some of the largest industrial projects across the southeast, with nearly $3B in investment. Evan is seasoned in his approach and process that builds consensus and brings stakeholder groups together to offer a high level of customer service to our clients.
Evan joined The Carroll Companies in 2020 with the launch of the new Carroll Industrial Development platform, and his favorite part of the job is having the resources and support to plan, strategize, shape and grow every facet of the industrial development division from the ground up.
Prior to entering the development field, he spent 3 years in law enforcement in his hometown of Gainesville, FL.
