Evan Street joined ERG Property Advisors as an Associate in 2011 after graduating from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications. Evan developed strong sales and strategic marketing skills outside of the classroom as an intern at Viacom and TSP during summer breaks. At Viacom he assisted Nickelodeon’s casting director with auditions, participated in weekly strategy meetings, and provided administrative support to senior staff. At TSP, a marketing and communications agency in New York City, Evan helped develop sales pitches, participated in strategy meetings, and assisted in the production of live marketing events. Hard working, and highly personable, Evan is a natural networker whose skills bring great benefits to ERG’s clients as well as his colleagues.
