Eve is responsible for advising clients on real estate strategy, site selection, and transaction management. Her primary responsibilities include business development and relationship building, site selection tours, and lease negotiations. She is dedicated to helping clients find space that will provide the foundation to build a thriving culture in the post pandemic world.
Eve joined Savills in October of 2020 after obtaining her Real Estate Salesperson License during the pandemic. Before joining Savills, Eve pursued a master’s degree at Boston University, Questrom School of Business. During her program, she was a student consultant for companies such as PTC and True North Ale. Eve and her team researched various PTC verticals and provided recommendations for various partnerships, marketing opportunities, and operational improvements. They also created go-to-market plans for True North Ale as they looked to expand across New England.
