Fabian Griffith specializes in single-tenant triple net (NNN) nationwide. He earned his bachelor’s degree in communication with an emphasis in organizational communication and public relations from California State University, Los Angeles in 2017. In addition, he’s currently pursuing his master’s in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of La Verne. He brings a unique sports background, owning a successful small business specializing in athletic wear, was a personal trainer, won NBC’s Next Olympic Hopeful, and placed third on the USA bobsled team at the North American Cup.
