With a solid foundation in mechanical engineering, I embarked on a 22-year career in real estate, excelling particularly in commercial real estate. My expertise spans multifamily, industrial, retail, office, leasing, and business transactions, consistently delivering top-dollar results for my sellers. My adept negotiating skills have facilitated optimal deals for my buyers, forging enduring relationships built on trust and integrity.
In 2019 and 2023, I achieved the prestigious #1 spot in real estate sales within my company and secured the #2 position in the RE/MAX Ohio region for commissions earned in Commercial Real Estate. My exceptional performance was further recognized with the Ohio Pinnacle Performance Award, one of only two recipients in Richland County.
