Bio
Based in Dallas, Mr. Kabani procures debt and equity for commercial real estate middle market assets, including single-tenant and multi-tenant commercial properties. Over his 17-year career, he has structured thousands of transactions and secured over $6 billion of capital for his clients.
Mr. Kabani has worked in various leadership and production roles, most recently at Northmarq, a Minneapolis-based capital markets firm, following its acquisition of Four Pillars Capital Markets (FPCM), a national middle market commercial real estate finance intermediary. He co-founded FPCM in 2021 in partnership with Stan Johnson Company, after spending 15 years at Mark One Capital, a subsidiary of Marcus & Millichap.
