Bio
Fay Yang, Principal and Managing Director, is a member of the Investment Committee at Alpha Realty Capital (ARC). Fay leads deal sourcing, due diligence, deal terms, value-added strategy and projects, asset management, lease terms and management, financing and disposition.
Fay is a serial entrepreneur who has co-founded businesses in commercial real estate, venture capital and consumer technology industries.
Prior to co-founding ARC, Fay co-founded and served as managing director of ZenStone Venture Capital (ZenStoneVC.com), a Silicon Valley based VC firm investing in companies at the stages of post-seed and early venture. Fay overseas the due diligence, market analysis and partnership development.
Prior to that, she works as a licensed real estate broker in GD Commercial, an asian community oriented real estate firm specializing in commercial transactions. She executed more than $50 million in real estate transactions in three years, with directly sourcing most of them across all property types in both core and opportunistic investments.
Prior to joining GD, Fay held a number of positions of increasing responsibility across the real estate and financial service industries, including the development projects of the largest asian retail center and multiple large residential apartments in San Francisco Bay Area.
Fay also held primary asset management responsibilities for most deals and executed more than 200,000 square feet of office and retail leases.
Fay holds a Bachelor of Art in Enterprise Management from University of San Francisco.
