For over 35 years, Fletcher has helped technology companies find innovative, advantageous real estate solutions in Silicon Valley and across the country. As a conflict-free tenant representation specialist, he is an expert in crafting cost- saving solutions for technology office/R&D and manufacturing space users. Over the course of his reputable career, Fletcher has developed a long list of technology clients, from startups to established corporations, and successful strategies for workforce space acquisitions and consolidations. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Fletcher was managing director at Savills North America for nine years. Prior to that he was a principal with Cresa Partners for almost 20 years and he began his career as a senior advisor with Grubb & Ellis for 10 years.
