Florence Browne has been involved in the commercial real estate/architectural industry for over 14 years, previously with NAI Walter Wagner Jr. Company Commercial Realtors. Her varied experience includes investment sales, single and multi tenant property management, investment property sales, contract negotiations, tenant and buyer representation, multi family sales specialist, commercial office, retail, industrial and land sales and lease transactions.
Florence works with local and national clients. Her recent sales and lease projects include: Avis-Budget Car Rental, Edward Jones, State Farm, Little Caesars, Rainbow Blossom, Cash America, Cash Express, Jewish Hospital, Cricket Communications and American Rentals to name a few. Florence has recently sold several buildings in downtown Louisville and takes pride in helping bring jobs and growth to our city. and most recently participated in revitalizing homes the Germantown neighborhood.
