A specialist in the leasing/disposition of anchored shopping centers, tenant representation and land sales, Ford Scott has overseen approx. 15 projects totaling 2.8 million square feet in the last 4 years. Ford has completed over 95 transactions at Capital Retail totaling approx $150 million in total value. Ford’s major Landlord clients include Ley Wilson Development, Retail Properties of America (RPAI), The Midway Companies and Zakhem Corp. Tenant Rep clients include McDonald’s Corporation, Prosperity Bank, First Hartford, Urgent Care for Kids, Pie Five Pizza, Einstein Bagels/Caribou Coffee and Buddy’s Home Furnishings.
Ford prefers to spend his time outside of the office traveling or outdoors hunting and fishing with his family. He recently traveled to Alaska on a Brown Bear hunt but has also visited Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Namibia, South Africa, Botswana, Italy, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Austria and Croatia several times over the past few years.
