I originally obtained my real estate license in 1988 and, from 2002 through 2006, I was awarded the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Award. Throughout this period of time, I was also purchasing properties at Sheriff's Auctions, rehabbing and flipping them for myself as well as for clients. In 2007, I received my NJ Real Estate Broker's License and went on to work as a Team Leader and Real Estate Trainer for Keller Williams.
From there, I went on to open up my own office and, while the market began to drop substantially as the economy swayed downward, I went on to obtain my Series 6 License as well as Blue Skies, Property & Casualty, Life & Health State Licenses in order to become an Insurance Producer. Upon obtaining them, I went to work for Prudential Financial (Pruco Securities) while simultaneously contracting myself out to asset managers and performing Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) for them in order to stay on top of the real estate market. Throughout this time period, I continued to work with real estate investors while relearning the new real estate market of short sales & REO's. I have since become certified and am now considered an expert in these exciting new real estate markets.
Since 2012, I've been back in the real estate market 24/7 with specialties in wholesale markets, REO's, short sales, DILs, CFKs & property preservation with expertise in negotiating, whether I am working for the buyer or seller. I give my clients the highest priority of real estate service that they should expect from a real estate professional regardless of the price range the transaction falls in. I love what I do and know that I have done an outstanding job every time I receive repeat business and referrals.
