Francisco Giron stands out as a dynamic leader in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as the Managing Director at Vivo Group. With a robust background spanning over two decades, Francisco began his career in banking, dedicating eighteen years to leading financial institutions nationally and globally. His role involved managing substantial relationships with small to middle-market national and multinational corporations, facilitating billions in transaction volumes. This extensive banking experience equipped him with a deep understanding of business operational needs, which he now applies expertly in commercial real estate.
His career in real estate has seen him master various asset types, including industrial, retail, office, and multifamily properties. As a CCIM designee, Francisco is recognized among the elite in commercial real estate, bringing a well-rounded advisory perspective to owner-users and investors. His services extend across acquisition disposition, leasing, and capital markets, backed by his comprehensive market knowledge.
In 2016, Francisco established JACOG Advisors, a boutique brokerage firm, leading it to notable success over seven years. Following the acquisition of JACOG by VREG in January 2024, Francisco took on his current role to drive expansion in Fort Lauderdale and enhance services with a focus on Capital Markets.
Educationally, Francisco is equally accomplished, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Management and International Business from Florida International University and a Master of Science in International Real Estate. He is currently pursuing a Global Executive MBA at the University of Miami, projecting his continual commitment to professional growth.
Outside of his professional life, Francisco enjoys playing the drums, traveling, and immersing himself in music, particularly jazz and country. A resident of Fort Lauderdale, he actively participates in the CCIM, University of Miami, and Florida International Alumni Association, further solidifying his ties to the community and industry.
