Frank Bellis is a broker with TRIO Commercial Property Group with 30 years of brokerage experience. Frank focuses on retail properties and was one of the founding partners of TRIO. Frank spent five years as Director of Real Estate for Shoe Sensation before joining CBRE as a Vice President for twelve years. He has experience in all facets of commercial real estate including retail, industrial, office, and investment sales. Past and current clients include; Cabela’s, Wal-Mart, Kroger, Allstate, Sun Tan City, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Brown Jordan International, and PARK Community Credit Union among others. Frank is a life-long resident of Louisville.
